Reading an article on BBC News , I was quite surprised to learn that there are currently up to 4.2 million CCTV cameras operating in Britain. It works out at an astonishing 1 camera to every 14 people, earning us the very (un) attractive title of "the most surveilled country".
So next time you think about picking your nose, stealing your colleagues' biscuits or 'testing out' the pic & mix in your local supermarket.......think again, because you are most certainly not alone.......
